Volunteer Roles
Ways to help on event day
We will match volunteers to roles based on comfort, availability, and event needs.
Information Booth
Help answer guest questions, provide directions, and point visitors toward activities, vendors, food, washrooms, and event services.
Activity Host
Support family activities, line flow, simple instructions, and safe participation around the Kids Zone and event areas.
Face Painting / Balloons
Help add extra fun for kids through simple family-friendly activities and volunteer-supported stations.
Clean Up Crew
Help keep Bell Park clean and comfortable throughout the celebration and support end-of-day cleanup where needed.
What to expect
A few hours of help goes a long way.
Volunteers may help with morning setup, daytime activities, evening event flow, or cleanup. Our team will follow up before the event with shift details, arrival instructions, and role assignments.
Good to know
No experience required for most roles.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable people who enjoy community events. Some roles may be better suited to adults or older youth, depending on responsibility level and shift timing.
