Helpful information before you submit
Can we build a custom package?
Yes. If one of the standard packages does not fit, choose “Custom Sponsorship Request” in the form and tell us what you have in mind.
What logo format should we provide?
A transparent PNG, SVG, PDF, or high-resolution logo file is preferred so it can be used clearly on banners, boards, activity cards, and web graphics.
Are exclusive packages limited?
Yes. Stage Name Sponsor and Kids Zone Name Sponsor are exclusive opportunities and can only be assigned to one sponsor each.
Do sponsors get recognized online?
Recognition depends on sponsor level, but packages can include event website placement, sponsor boards, social media, and other promotional mentions.
